- Browse/go towww.umpoint.um.edu.my
- Fill in the Event Purpose, Date and Facility Category. Then, click Search Now to view for information on the available spaces/rooms.
- Click LOGIN to access the system. Enter your userid, password and user category. Kindly Register A New Account if you are a new user to the system.
- Click Book A Space and fill in the required information. Then, click Search.
- Click the preferred spaces/ rooms and click Availability.
- Fill in the required information. Details on the rental fees will appear on screen.
- Place a tick on the button Yes, I agree with the Pusat Asasi Sains space's terms and conditions. Read Terms & Condition now. Then, click Continue. Read Terms & Condition now. Kemudian klik Continue.
- Information on the reserved spaces/ rooms will appear on screen. Click Quantity to Reserve More Items (if necessary) and click Continue.
- Upload the required documents. Then, click Continue.
- Information on the reserved spaces/ rooms will appear on screen. Click Confirm Booking.
- UMPOINT admin will receive List of Unpaid/Pending Booking/Pending Decision via email.
- Completed application for the reserved spaces/ rooms will be approved by PASUM in 7 working days.
- Applicants are required to make payment once the application is approved online.
- An email notification regarding the rental details will be sent to the applicants.
