CHEMISTRY DIVISION

The Chemistry Division, Science Foundation Center, University of Malaya is headed by the Division Chairperson, eight Lecturers, six Education Officers, seven Laboratory Assistants and three Operations Assistants.

The Chemistry Division offers five subjects to students of Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Foundation of Islamic Studies and Science (APIdS) and Special Preparatory Plan to Japan. All these subjects are delivered using English as the medium of instruction.

The following subjects are offered:

1. FAD1005: CHEMISTRY 1 (Life Sciences, Physical Sciences and APIdS Students)
2. FAD1006: CHEMISTRY 2 (Life Sciences, Physical Sciences and APIdS Students)
3. FAD1007: CHEMISTRY 3 (Life Sciences, Physical Sciences and APIdS Students)
4. FAD1008: CHEMISTRY 4 (Life Sciences and Physical Sciences Students)
5. FAE1007: CHEMISTRY 1 (RPKJ Students)

Graduates of Centre for Foundation Studies in Science will have the opportunity to further their studies at the Bachelor's Degree level at Universiti Malaya and universities throughout Malaysia in the following fields:
