Journal of Statistical Modeling and Analytics (JOSMA)

The Journal of Statistical Modeling and Analytics (JOSMA) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal jointly published by the Institute of Statistics Malaysia (ISMy) and the Centre for Foundation Studies in Science, Universiti Malaya. The journal provides an academic platform for researchers and practitioners to disseminate high-quality research in statistical modeling and analytics.

JOSMA covers a broad range of topics in statistical modeling and analytics, including statistical theory and modeling, time series analysis, forecasting, machine learning, Vector Autoregressive (VAR) approaches, structural equation and path models, and other emerging applications of statistical methods.

Through its international scholarly contributions, JOSMA aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, encourage methodological development and support the application of statistical and analytical techniques to contemporary research problems across diverse disciplines. The journal is published biannually and operates as an open-access, peer-reviewed journal.

JOSMA is currently indexed in MyJurnal and Google Scholar and continues to strengthen its international academic visibility and reach.
