Step 1: Purchase BSN Unique ID No. for RM15.60

Step 2: Log in to the UPU official website - http://upu.moe.gov.my

Step 3: Register new account & select the suitable category based on your qualifications

Step 4: Fill in the information required

Step 5: Select Universiti Malaya Foundation Programme as the first choice

Step 6: Click on the ‘Sah & Hantar’ button for confirmation and submission
